*Don?t send those holiday trees to the landfill. Recycle them! Take
them to Trap Pond in Laurel or to Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes to
be recycled. Do your part for the environment and help out the park at
the same time. Trees will be accepted after December 25. Call either
park offices for more details.

DSWA Earth Day Festival
The Delaware Solid Waste Authority's annual Earth Day Festival is the largest such celebration in southern Delaware. This event features fun and exciting "EcoStations," complete with hands-on displays giving insight into soil, forestry, and wildlife. There will also be crafts and games for children daring enough to venture through "Trash Can Dan's EcoWorld."
